David Keesling

David Keesling is a trial attorney with more than 25 years of experience and the founding member of SOLOMON | ARIEH. Licensed since 1998 and in private practice since 2002, he has dedicated his career to representing clients in high-stakes litigation across the United States and internationally.

Known for his courtroom presence and trial instincts — particularly in cross-examination — David has tried more than 50 jury trials and handled more than 1,000 client matters. His approach emphasizes personalized client relationships and long-term advocacy: clients who call once tend to call for decades.

David serves as an Adjunct Settlement Judge for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma and is active in Oklahoma Bar Association committee work, including the Bench & Bar and Civil Procedure and Evidence Code committees. He served as a Captain in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1992 to 2002.
