Destyn Stanton
Commercial litigation and corporate counsel with a strategic, solution-driven approach.
A native Oklahoman from Holdenville, Destyn Stanton competed in track and field at Oklahoma State University before earning her law degree at the University of Tulsa College of Law, where she served on the Tulsa Law Review and was active in Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Fraternity, the Women's Law Caucus, the Board of Advocates, and the Student Bar Association.
Destyn's practice centers on commercial litigation and corporate representation, including business and contract disputes, ERISA matters, probate, and tort litigation in state and federal court. She has handled matters involving fraud allegations, negligence claims, bad-faith issues, and trade secrets disputes.
Colleagues describe her as the perfect balance of grit and grace — a strategic, solution-driven advocate who keeps her clients' business objectives at the center of every matter.
